Wine Les Beates - Les Beates Rouge, produced by Domaine Les Beates in Lambesc, is the finest expression of the Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence terroir. This powerful yet elegant wine reveals the perfect marriage of sandy and clay-limestone soils, combined with ancestral expertise and meticulous winemaking. Deep red. The nose is marked by the terroir, revealing notes of black olives and cocoa beans, heralding a refined and structured palate. Ageing in old barrels has softened the tannins, offering a harmonious texture and a fresh, aromatic finish, full of Provençal garrigue. Served between 16 and 18°C, Béates Rouge is ready to drink now or can be kept for 10 to 15 years.
