Wine Les Beates - Les Béatines Rosé, the signature wine of Domaine Les Béates, is an elegant and luminous rosé that captures the essence of Provence. Grown on clay-limestone soils and made from a blend of 50% Grenache Noir, 30% Syrah and 20% Cinsault, it offers a perfect balance between fruitiness, freshness and finesse. The Grenache brings roundness and richness, the Syrah intensity and elegance, whilst the Cinsault lends lightness and liveliness. Pale pink in colour, clear and brilliant. The nose reveals aromas of fresh fruit, accompanied by floral notes and a subtle hint of English toffee. On the palate, it is full-bodied and fresh, with a mouth-watering finish that embodies conviviality and the Mediterranean sun. Best served between 10 and 12°C, it is ready to drink now but can also be kept for 1 to 5 years. This rosé elegantly accompanies aperitifs, salads, grilled fish and Mediterranean dishes, or any sunny, convivial occasion.
