Wine Domaine des Bergeries de Haute-Provence - Grown on steep slopes never previously cultivated, Les Bories 2023 Blanc is the pure expression of a preserved terroir at the Domaine des Bergeries de Haute-Provence. Benefiting from both altitude and ideal exposure, the vines enjoy a climate that fosters the finesse and aromatic richness of the grapes. Made from 90% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Viognier, this white wine stands out for its luminous pale gold colour. The nose opens with delicate notes of tangy sweets and winter flowers, heralding a fresh and lively tasting experience. On the palate, the wine reveals a full-bodied and generous texture, balancing richness and elegance, with a harmonious finish that reflects the purity of the terroir. Grown organically and harvested by hand, the wine respects the lunar cycles and benefits from natural fertilisers (organic sheep manure and 11 varieties of organic seeds).
