Wine Domaine des Bergeries de Haute-Provence - On the steep slopes of Domaine des Bergeries, where sheep have long shaped the landscape, Eloïse and Jean-Luc have chosen to reveal the richness of a preserved terroir. Here, every vine tells a story of patience, respect for nature and authenticity. Made from Syrah and Cinsault, this red boasts a brilliant ruby colour with garnet highlights. On the nose, it captivates with notes of pepper and red fruits, leading to a subtly liquorice-tinged finish. On the palate, the wine is soft and harmonious, with a mellow structure and an easy-drinking quality, the result of careful ageing in barrels and concrete vats. Every step, from pruning the vines to the hand-harvest, follows the lunar cycles. The soils are enriched with natural fertilisers (organic sheep manure and 11 varieties of organic seeds).
