Les Choregies 2022 - L'Oratoire des Papes

Wine L'Oratoire des Papes - Made from plots of old vines, this cuvée draws its uniqueness from the unique soil composed of rounded pebbles and saffron. Grenache, the region's emblematic grape variety, dominates this blend, making up 90% of the composition, with 10% Mourvèdre adding complexity and structure. The special feature of this cuvée is that it is vinified in whole bunches, a process that contributes to the pure expression of the fruit. It is also matured in French oak tuns for 12 months, followed by a further 8 months in concrete vats to perfect its balance.
