Wine Maison Bruyère & David - This Condrieu showcases the full expression of Viognier on the granite-rich slopes of Saint-Michel-sur-Rhône and Vérin. Hand-harvested, the grapes are vinified and aged in demi-muids for several months to preserve the fruit’s vibrancy whilst adding complexity. The absence of malolactic fermentation helps to retain a lovely tension and plenty of freshness. The wine reveals generous aromas of ripe fruit, accompanied by brioche and slightly praline notes. The palate is full-bodied, elegant and balanced by a delicate minerality. A cuvée that is both indulgent and precise, true to the style of the great Condrieus!
