Wine Maison Bruyère & David - This red Saint-Joseph from Maison Bruyère & David highlights all the typical characteristics of Syrah grown on granite. The vines, aged between 35 and 40 years, yield concentrated grapes, harvested by hand and then vinified with a maceration period of around 20 days to extract all the aromatic richness. Ageing in demi-muids, some of which are new oak, brings structure and subtlety. The wine reveals an expressive aromatic profile marked by red fruits and lovely intensity. The palate is full-bodied, balanced and persistent: this is an authentic cuvée that reflects the character of the northern Rhône Valley – we love it!
