Wine Domaine de Montgilet - This cuvée is made from several selections harvested on the three terroirs of the Domaine de Montgilet, and reveals all the quality of the botrytis-affected harvest. From behind the initial notes of white flowers, this Coteaux de L'Aubance reveals flavours of candied exotic fruits, giving way little by little to honey and vanilla aromas. The best thing to go with fried foie gras or foie gras terrine!
