Liqueur Alcohol-free - Adriatico - Amaretto Roasted

Alcohol-free beverage Adriatico - Adriatico Zero embodies a new generation of alcohol-free amaretto, produced exclusively in Italy from a distillate of Filippo Cea almonds, renowned for their exceptional flavour. A unique process captures all their aromatic richness in an alcohol-free version. Hand-picked, the almonds are roasted, then left to macerate before being distilled. Their flavour is so intense that a small amount is enough to deliver all the complexity and intensity of the almond taste. They are then combined with delicate notes of cinnamon for added depth. The amount of cane sugar used is halved compared to a traditional amaretto. Finally, a pinch of Adriatic sea salt completes the balance by adding a crisp, salty touch.
