Wine Domaine Duffau - At Domaine Duffau, each wine reflects a family adventure and a unique terroir. After years of travelling around the world, Bruno and Anne chose Gaillac as the place to put down roots and express the richness of local grape varieties, such as Loin de l'Œil, known in Occitan as Len de l'El. Its bunches, grown far from its eye , already convey the elegance and subtlety of this wine. On the nose and palate, Loin de l'Œil 2023 seduces with its lingering quince jelly, toasted notes, almonds and hazelnuts, and its long, elegant finish. A gourmet wine, ideal with hard cheeses, veal or fish in sauce, to be served cool but not too cold (11°C) and allowed to breathe to release its full complexity.
