Mâcon Villages Blanc 2025 - Louis Latour

Wine Louis Latour - Produced from the finest clay-limestone terroirs of the Mâcon-Villages appellation, this Chardonnay vinified by Louis Latour perfectly embodies the identity of the Mâconnais: a dry, straightforward and accessible white wine, full of finesse. The vines, averaging 30 years of age, yield grapes selected with the utmost care, enabling the production of a wine of fine quality, consistent vintage after vintage. This 2025 vintage boasts a brilliant pale yellow colour. On the nose, aromas of fresh citrus and a hint of chlorophyll herald a lovely liveliness. On the palate, the attack is round and rich, revealing notes of fresh almond and a hint of muscat, balanced by a crisp and refreshing finish. Vinified and aged exclusively in stainless steel vats for 8 to 10 months, it retains all the purity and freshness of its fruit. It pairs perfectly with shellfish, fish, fine charcuterie or cheeses such as Comté.
