Wine E. Pira E Figli Chiara Boschis - Barolo Cannubi, located in the village of Barolo, is the most famous and prestigious vineyard in the appellation. The soil composition and the vineyard’s perfect southern exposure give the grapes produced here an extraordinary uniqueness. A wine of great class that expresses the elegance of the territory from which it originates. The wine is aged for 24 months in French oak barrels, 30% of which are new, and for 12 months in bottle before being released. Persistent on the nose, it offers intense aromas of red fruit, cherry and plum, along with floral notes, particularly of rose. On the palate, it displays a beautiful structure, a full-bodied and velvety flavour, with a long, harmonious finish.
