Wine Domaine de Rosiers - Drevon is a model Syrah / Shiraz - rich and luscious. Around a precise aromatic framework of black fruits and spices, this wine displays the best of this grape variety with its silky tannins and plentiful gourmet flavours. A perfect expression of this prized terroir - (re)discover it as soon as possible! The nose is complex and elegant with red and black fruits, spices and oak notes. The vintage is made from a blend of different parcels from the estate that have been vinified separately. A quarter of the wine is aged in oak barrels then blended to achieve the right balance. Its melting tannins mean it can be enjoyed now or even in 4 or even 15 years' time. A masterful result made by Maxime Gourdain.
