Nestled on a spectacular hillside combining clay-limestone terroirs and rocky scree, this rare appellation produces Pinot Noirs of remarkable finesse, shaped here by meticulous viticulture where every harvest is carried out entirely by hand. This Manicle reveals a refined and luminous expression of the grape variety, carried by aromas of fresh raspberry, crisp cherry and delicately spiced black berries. Aged for at least 12 months in French oak barrels, a quarter of which are new, it captivates with its fresh, vibrant palate, smooth tannins and delicately integrated oak, leading to a subtly bitter finish that elegantly lingers on the palate. An ideal accompaniment to a roast rack of lamb, a fine cut of veal or mature cheeses with fruity notes.
