Max's Chardonnay 2022 - Penfolds

Wine Penfolds - Cellar master, Max Schubert (1948-1975) was always seeking excellence in the creation of his maison wines and his international reputation is also the fact that he continues to inspire every oenologist that follows him. Made with grapes exclusively from Adelaide and aged in oak barrels, Max’s Chardonnay has a great complexity. An elegant white with subtle notes of stone fruits and white flowers, heightened by a spicy hint of ginger. Wood is also present, but perfectly controlled.
