Wine Domaine Lafage & Château Saint-Roch By Jean-Marc Lafage - The Gallica cuvée boasts elegant packaging, and this refinement is reflected in the bottle when tasted. The name of this cuvée comes from an old, highly fragrant variety of rose that used to grow at Mas Miraflors, where the estate is based. It is easy to see why the estate drew its inspiration from a rose: we find the elegance, the aromatic power and the slightly vegetal note. On the palate, it is a structured rosé with lovely length.
