Wine Fattoria le Pupille - This is the cuvée that could be described as the most traditional from Domaine Fattoria Le Pulpille. Made for ageing, it reveals complex and distinctive aromas, with a wild and fresh character. The initial nose reveals aromas of dark fruits, cherries and liquorice. After a little aeration, the wine opens up to notes of leather and game with a delicate hint of the forest. Powerful on the palate, it is at once structured, full-bodied, elegant and wonderfully fresh. The finish is long, with subtle balsamic notes. A real success!
