Wine Clos de Tart - Made from the young vines of the Clos de Tart Grand Cru, La Forge de Tart is a cuvée apart: a 1er Cru that carries the DNA of a Grand Cru, with a style that is more accessible in its youth but with remarkable depth on the palate. The 2023 vintage, sunny but tense, brings volume, brightness and aromatic precision. The Pinot Noir expresses itself here with superb purity, between ripe fruit and the firm mineral structure typical of Morey. The nose is immediately seductive: black cherry, crushed raspberry, violet, white pepper, a touch of cocoa and fresh earth. On the palate, it is full-bodied yet chiselled, with noble, perfectly polished tannins and a long, fresh, slightly smoky and salty finish. It is a vibrant, elegant wine, combining the depth of Gevrey with the floral charm of Chambolle, faithful to the signature style of Clos de Tart.
