Wine Tagaro - Grown on the limestone and clay-limestone soils of Puglia, Mosca Ceca offers a modern take on Moscato, far removed from overly sweet profiles. Here, every step is designed to preserve the grape variety’s natural brilliance: careful harvesting, cold maceration, followed by ageing in stainless steel vats to retain all the aromatic purity. The nose opens with distinct notes of white flowers, citrus and yellow fruits, typical of Moscato. On the palate, the wine stands out for its freshness and lightness: a lively, slightly fruity structure, with a touch of sweetness perfectly balanced by the acidity.
