Orange - Pépin Vins Nature

Wine Pépin - From the Alsatian vineyards, Pépin Orange is a macerated wine that reflects a free-spirited, artisanal approach to winemaking, at the crossroads of tradition and modernity. An original blend of Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Sylvaner and Muscat, it is grown on marl-limestone and sandstone soils that lend tension and depth. The grapes, harvested at full ripeness, are vinified using skin maceration, a technique that involves leaving the skins in contact with the juice, giving the wine its amber colour and slightly tannic structure. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts, without additives or added sulphites, in a quest for purity and the expression of the grape. The result is a distinctive, expressive and textured wine, combining aromatic richness, natural freshness and a fine tannic structure, characteristic of orange wines. A wine for fine dining, both accessible and original.
