Wine Domaine Santamaria - Grown on clay-limestone soil, cultivated with patience and passion. Made from 100% Vermentinu, this white Patrimonio reveals all the purity and freshness of this iconic grape variety. The destemmed grapes are gently pressed directly, then fermented using only indigenous yeasts, respecting the natural character of the terroir. SO² is added only before bottling, ensuring an authentic and controlled expression. Aged on fine lees for 8 to 10 months, it gains richness and balance, enhanced by a small addition of solera—a perpetual reserve started in 2017—which lends it continuity and depth.
