Wine Maison Champy - Covering the hillsides of Aloxe Corton and Savigny-lès-Beaune, this undulating vineyard has a variety of soils and exposures that give each vineyard its own unique identity. The grapes are carefully selected and then vinified with precision through alcoholic fermentation and ten months' maturing in barrel. This wine has a clean, fresh and elegant attack, with a fine balance between freshness and roundness. The finish is long and persistent, marked by a superb minerality!
