Persan Princens 2024 - Domaine Saint-Germain

Wine Domaine Saint-Germain - One of the oldest Savoyard grape varieties finds its crowning glory in this Princens cuvée, the original spelling of Persan. We are truly in the Alps thanks to aromas of blueberry and blackberry. We also find notes of gentian and spices that glide across the palate towards a smooth, tannic finish. The whole is, of course, very juicy, with plenty of freshness and fruit. Add to all that a strong ageing potential and you have a great wine.
