PetNat - Pépin Vins Nature

Sparkling Wine Pépin - Pépin PetNat is a naturally sparkling wine produced using traditional methods, highlighting the fruit’s spontaneity and the wine’s authenticity. Made from a blend of Picpoul, Ugni Blanc, Muscat and Chardonnay, grown on the clay-limestone soils of Languedoc-Roussillon, it reflects a style that is generous, lively and balanced. Vinified using the traditional method, fermentation is completed in the bottle, creating natural effervescence without the addition of additives, using indigenous yeasts and with no added sulphites. This production method gives the wine a slightly cloudy texture, dynamic bubbles and a direct aromatic expression. The result is an authentic and approachable wine, at once aromatic, structured and full of energy.
