Wine Bodegas y Viñedos Ponce - Bodega Ponce is located in the town of Iniesta, 870 meters above sea level in the province of Cuenca. The difficult weather conditions mean that harvests are small, making it possible to obtain incredibly concentrated grapes with a very rich aromatic flavor. Ponce PF is a Bobal single variety, made in just 12000 bottles. It is a fresh, well structured wine with gentle, enveloping tannins. It lingers in the mouth with notes of cherry, ripe black fruits and fine herbs, accompanied by floral and mineral hints. A deep bouquet and a formidable balance on the palate.
