Wine Vins Schaal (Sophie & Julien) - A Pinot Noir produced in the Alsace wine region, where Sophie Schaal, a talented winemaker, crafts wines with a respect for the terroir. A blend from two spectacular vineyards, both planted with old vines. Hand-harvested and carefully sorted, the grapes ferment naturally before being aged in French oak barrels for 10 months. No fining has been carried out on this wine to preserve its aromatic finesse. It is a delicate and balanced Pinot Noir that pairs beautifully with red meat or with Middle Eastern and Moroccan cuisine.
