Pinot Noir - Maison Auzias

Wine Maison Auzias - Château Auzias' only plot of Pinot Noir, planted on clay and limestone soils, is used to create this cuvée. The Pinot Noir was matured for 10 months in two-wine oak barrels, rounding out the silky tannins. On the palate, we find the fruit characteristic of Pinot Noir but with plenty of substance and deliciousness, characteristics that remind us that we are indeed in the Languedoc terroir.
