Pouilly-Fumé 2025 - Domaine Les Chaumes

Wine Domaine les Chaumes - Produced from a blend of plots (ranging from 10 to 45 years old) and different soil types, this wine is made from vines located in the commune of Pouilly-sur-Loire and planted exclusively with Sauvignon grapes. This Pouilly-Fumé has a pale yellow colour with green highlights. Its pronounced aroma and fruitiness are the qualities we love to find in it. The Pouilly terroir, composed of Kimmeridgian marl, hard limestone and flint, gives Pouilly Fumé its minerality, finesse and character—at times fresh and lively, at others bold and long on the palate, yet always with an ever-present fruitiness. It pairs remarkably well with shellfish, fish in white butter sauce, goat’s cheese and charcuterie.
