Wine Rimauresq - Made entirely from Rolle, the emblematic grape variety of great Provençal whites, the Cuvée R Blanc 2024 reveals a style that is at once full-bodied, silky and remarkably elegant. Aged for six months in French oak barrels, this organic cuvée subtly reveals the unique character of the Rimauresq schist soils, in a mineral and floral expression of great purity. Its pale yellow colour with subtle green highlights immediately catches the eye. The delicate and refined nose opens with notes of white flowers, elderflower and fresh citrus, enhanced by a delicate toasted touch. On the palate, the liveliness of the citrus and the floral finesse blend harmoniously with perfectly integrated oak, offering an elegant texture and a persistent, long and distinguished finish.
