Wine Domaine de Granajolo - Since 1974, Monika and André Boucher have planted the first vines on the sun-drenched slopes of Sainte-Lucie de Porto-Vecchio, in the far south-east of Corsica. Spanning 20 hectares of granite-rich soil, this unique terroir provides the ideal setting for the island’s iconic grape varieties: Niellucciu, Sciaccarellu and Vermentinu. From the very beginning, André chose to practise environmentally friendly viticulture, convinced that wine is made first and foremost in the vineyard. In 1987, the vineyard obtained its first organic certification, a testament to a visionary and committed approach. Today, the baton has been passed to Monika and Gwenaële Boucher, who are continuing this legacy with the same passion and high standards.  This 100% Vermentinu cuvée is fresh and mineral, with notes of citrus, exotic fruits and delicate flowers. A bright and elegant wine, perfect as an aperitif or with grilled fish and bouillabaisse. Best enjoyed young, served between 8 and 10°C.
