Roquerousse Rosé 2025 - Château de Calavon

Wine Château de Calavon - A delicate and luminous rosé from Château de Calavon, at the heart of the Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence AOP. Made from a blend of Grenache (70%) and Syrah (30%), this organic wine reveals all the freshness and character of its clay-limestone terroir. On tasting, its pale colour catches the light. The nose offers notes of citrus and grapefruit, whilst the palate, fruity and lively, lingers on a tangy and elegant finish. Serve chilled (8–10°C) it pairs well with aperitifs, fish, grilled meats or mixed salads.
