Rosé Roséphine 2025 - La Croix Gratiot

Wine Croix Gratiot - Harvested at night, the grapes are vinified with precision: the Syrah is vinified using the saignée method, whilst the Grenache is pressed, before blending after fermentation. The nose is expressive, blending raspberry, strawberry, redcurrant, pink pepper and a delicious hint of milk caramel. The palate, both tangy and flavourful, offers a lovely balance between freshness and richness. Ideal as an aperitif or with a Mediterranean risotto, piquillo peppers or grilled meats.
