Roseblood d'Estoublon Rosé 2025

Wine Château d'Estoublon - Elegant and fresh, Roseblood 2025 captures all the radiance of Provence. A blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Rolle, it draws its minerality from the clay-limestone soils and areas of gravel and flint, at an altitude of 350–400 metres. Pale in colour with rose-water hues, it has an airy nose of lime blossom, jasmine and peach, and a lively, invigorating palate where citrus and tangy red fruits are balanced by a fresh, briny finish. Ideal with sea bass carpaccio, roast chicken with candied lemon, burrata with peach or a red fruit tartlet.
