Roussette 2025 - Domaine du Château de la Violette

Wine Château de la Violette - This wonderful Roussette was born on the slopes of Mont Granier (north-east of the Chartreuse massif), where it has benefited from clay-limestone soils and a full west-facing aspect, giving it a lovely minerality and a beautiful ripeness. It is a wine with aromas of flowers and white fruits, which will develop notes of quince and hazelnut. This Roussette will be perfect with grilled fish or fish in sauce, but also with cooked white meats.
