Spirits Santa Teresa - A limited edition of the famous Venezuelan 1796 rum, enhanced by an original ageing process with Chuao cocoa. Produced using the Solera method, it combines rums of varying ages to create a harmonious and complex base. This edition is then aged for nine months in casks that previously held Chuao cocoa, a rare and refined cocoa from Venezuela, which infuses the rum with its indulgent aromas. It opens with intense notes of dark chocolate, accompanied by hints of vanilla, toasted almonds and candied fruit. The texture is round and velvety, with flavours of roasted cocoa, caramel and toasted hazelnut, enhanced by gentle spices. The finish is long and elegant, marked by lingering woody and chocolatey nuances.
