Wine Château de Targé - Château de Targé Tradition is the estate's flagship cuvée. A 100% Cabernet Franc produced with the typical characteristics of Saumur-Champigny: fresh, fruity and balanced. The Saumur mesoclimate is the warmest and driest in the entire Loire region, allowing the production of ripe, fruity and delicious Cabernets. Highly appreciated in restaurants, it can be served with lightly spiced fish, a nice piece of meat, vegetarian dishes or many Asian specialities. Harmony, fruit and elegance blend beautifully here with texture and volume on the palate.
