Shingle Beach Pinot Noir 2024 Terra Sancta
Wine TERRA SANCTA - Terra Sanctas 100% Pinot Noir Shingle Beach 2024 comes from a great vintage and a great vineyard in the south of New Zealands South Island (Central Otago region). Benefiting from the estates organic and regenerative approach, as well as the cool climate of Bannockburn, soils of glacial schist gravel and limestone overlooking the Kawarau River, and oak ageing, this wine combines balance, vibrant minerality and a relatively low alcohol content. On the nose, it opens with aromas of ripe strawberry, raspberry and red cherry, enhanced by cloves, dried herbs and subtle brown spices. The palate is full-bodied and precise, with an intense core of red fruit and a silky texture, supported by polished tannins. A mineral note lingers through to the long, structured finish, enhancing the brilliance and purity of this wine, which can be laid down or enjoyed now.
