Alcohol-free beverage Catena Zapata - N.0 Rosae is an original creation conceived by Domaine E de M, a project initiated by Laura Catena in tribute to Elena Maza, wife of the famous winemaker and an iconic figure of the Catena Zapata family. This cuvée embodies the estate’s ambition: to offer sophisticated and elegant drinks, designed to provide the experience of wine… without alcohol. Made from Airén juice sourced from the Toledo region in Spain, this sparkling wine undergoes a meticulous process. The juice is fermented, then the alcohol is removed by distillation to preserve the freshness and aromas. A natural infusion of rose petals adds an unusual touch to this cuvée.
