Spumante Brut - Tagliamare - Argiolas

Sparkling Wine Argiolas - Produced in closed tanks using the Charmat method, this Sardinian Spumante is made from the ancient indigenous Nuragus grape variety, grown by the Argiolas estate in its vineyards in the south of the island, some twenty kilometres north of Cagliari. Influenced by its diverse natural environment and Mediterranean climate, situated between land and sea (the Nuragus vines are planted near a saltwater lagoon, at the heart of an ecosystem that preserves biodiversity), Tagliamare Brut is a delicious sparkling white wine with distinctive aromas and a fine effervescence. With a beautiful straw-yellow colour, it offers an expressive bouquet of nectarine, pear and citrus, with notes of white flowers and Mediterranean herbs. Full-bodied and fresh on the palate, it unfolds elegantly through to the finish, which is lingering and briny. A fine choice for an aperitif, it is also perfect with oysters and shellfish.
