Wine Rapaura Springs - Produced by the independent estate Rapaura Springs, founded by two pioneering families of modern and sustainable viticulture in New Zealand, the Summerhouse cuvée celebrates Sauvignon Blanc. Inseparable from the country’s wine-growing history, this globally successful grape variety produces its finest results in the cool climate of the South Island, particularly in the famous Marlborough wine region. The nose is expressive, with notes of fresh tropical fruit, stone fruit, wet stone and crushed thyme. Fresh, fruity and slightly dry, the Summerhouse 2025 offers a bouquet of ripe citrus and tropical fruit aromas, typical of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. On the palate, its liveliness and rich aromatic flavours are underpinned by a subtle mineral backbone, leading to an elegant, briny finish.
