Wine Domaine Capmartin - This 100% Tannat, from young vines cultivated using organic and biodynamic methods, reveals a supple and balanced profile. The nose opens with aromas of fresh red and black fruits. On the palate, the texture is round, the tannins are smooth and well-integrated, supported by a lovely freshness imparted by the east- and north-facing clay-gravel terroir. Vinified with gentle extraction and aged for 12 months in vats, it emphasises the fruit’s vibrancy and finesse. An ideal cuvée for discovering the Madiran appellation in a more delicate and contemporary style.
