Terroirists Climatique - Domaine Plageoles

Wine Domaine Plageoles - Terroirists Rouge is a veritable mosaic of Domaine Plageoles’ historic grape varieties: Mauzac Rose, Gris, Roux, Vert and Noir, Verdanel, Ondenc, Duras, Braucol, Prunelart, as well as grapes from the estate’s conservatory, including Mourtes, Morrastel, Piquepoul Gris, Jurançon Noir, Prunelart Blanc and Nehelescol. This cuvée perfectly illustrates the richness and diversity of the Gaillac terroirs. Vinified using carbonic maceration and indigenous yeasts, and aged in barrels that have previously held various wines, this red offers a fresh and fruity profile. The nose reveals aromas of red fruits (redcurrant, strawberry, cherry) with a hint of spice, whilst the palate is supple, easy-drinking and refreshing, perfectly balanced. A convivial and indulgent wine, designed to be shared, to be enjoyed now or kept for up to 5 years.
