Wine Pewsey Vale - The Australian vineyard of Pewsey Vale is an iconic Eden Valley estate at an altitude of 500 meters, 50 meters above the Barossa Valley. The cool climate allows the grapes to ripen slowly, which is perfect for producing great Rieslings. Pewsey Vale The Contours is made from the oldest Riesling vines and is the coolest site on the estate. A cuvée that benefits from 5 years' bottle ageing before release, to enhance its characteristics and develop its complexity. The lengthy, deep palate has concentrated power, with notes of fresh lime juice, overlaid with toasted brioche and sage oil, finishing with a refreshing natural acidity.
