Tryptomax is a food supplement combining the essential amino acid L-tryptophan with magnesium and vitamin B6 in convenient tablets. The product is designed to be taken on an empty stomach with water, for example in the evening. Each tablet contains a defined amount of L-tryptophan together with magnesium and vitamin B6. The supplement is lactose free, gluten free, yeast free, free from sweeteners and suitable for vegans, and is produced in Finland.
