Wine Domaine des Trottieres - The vines for this Anjou come from a terroir situated in the department’s warmest climate zone, thus benefiting from particularly high levels of sunshine and below-average rainfall. These naturally exceptional conditions favour a very healthy harvest, rooted in sustainable viticulture (Terra Vitis, HVE). It is therefore only logical that this cuvée was subsequently vinified without added sulphites, in order to further highlight the natural profile and terroir of this Anjou, which is both fresh and delicious. Lovers of natural wines will be delighted, and sceptics will be won over!
