Wine Domaine d'éole - Freshness, fruit and body: Vermentitude Blanc 2024 embodies the pure expression of Vermentino, without artifice. Made from 100% Rolle and limited to just 2,000 bottles, this micro-cuvée reveals all the richness of its terroir. Aged for 6 months on full lees, in a combination of ovoid concrete vats (60%) and terracotta amphorae (40%), the wine reveals delicate fruit, with subtle notes of lime and pear, accompanied by volume and an enveloping richness. Soft and deep, it possesses a natural complexity that allows it to stand on its own, to be savoured in a truly ‘zen’ spirit.
