Wine Louis Latour - This Volnay is from the village of the same name, located to the south of Beaune and next to Pommard. The En Chevret” climat is right next to the parcel known as Les Caillerets” on the border with the village of Meursault. This unique vineyard’s eastern exposure and specific terroir give us an elegance wine every vintage. The Maison Latour expertise gives this wine 10 to 12 months’ ageing in 30% new oak barrels to avoid masking the subtlety of this nectar with too much oakiness.
