Completing the feast are four more Snowdonia truckles: 400g Black Bomber extra mature Cheddar; 200g Green Thunder, our mature Cheddar with roasted garlic and aromatic garden herbs; 200g Rock Star vintage cave-aged Cheddar; and 150g Truffle Trove, our extra mature Cheddar infused with Black Summer truffle.
