Spirits Teeling - A limited-edition Irish whiskey that showcases the innovative expertise of the Teeling distillery, based in Dublin. Initially aged in bourbon casks, it is then finished in French red wine casks, often from Bordeaux, giving it a unique aromatic signature. This maturation process brings a beautiful complexity blending red and black fruits (blackcurrant, morello cherry, plum), vanilla, honey, sweet spices and a subtle tannic touch inherited from the Bordeaux wood. The whiskey is full-bodied, silky and rich, with notes of light caramel, stewed fruit and a delicate woodiness that structures the whole without making it harsh. The finish is long and elegant, marked by cocoa and blood orange.
